Rikon Turning System Gouges

Traditional style Bowl and Spindle Gouges for use with RIKON’s 70-800 Woodturning System. Made with M35 High Speed Steel that is noted for resisting high heat and retaining sharp edges. This means you get longer times turning before having to re-sharpen a dull cutting edge.Special 14mm diameter shaft end fits into RIKON’s 70-801 16″ Handle’s collet chuck for use.

Note:Gouge is factory ground and requires final sharpening before use.

Bowl Gouges:

• 3/8″ (10mm) Diameter, 12-1/8″ OAL with 9″ blade (5-11/16″ grind)
• 1/2″ (13mm) Diameter, 12-1/8″ OAL with 9″ blade (6-1/8″ grind)
• 5/8″ (16mm) Diameter, 12-1/8″ OAL with 9″ blade (6-11/16″ grind)

Spindle Gouges:

• 1/4″ (7mm) Diameter, 8-7/8″ OAL with 5-1/2″ blade (3-15/16″ grind)
• 3/8″ (10mm) Diameter, 9-9/16″ OAL with 6-7/32″ blade (4-3/4″ grind)
• 1/2″ (13mm) Diameter, 10-5/16″ OAL with 7″ blade (5-1/2″ grind)
