Nordic Pure 15x20x1M7+C-12 Pleated Air Filters MERV 7 Plus Carbon 12 Pack – 15x20x1 are made from a dual material where the MERV rated media is fused with a carbon layer. These filters help eliminate unwanted odors while trapping most airborne dust and particulate matter for fresh, clean air. Odorous gases and vapors (VOC) are attracted to and held by the activated carbon material, all while maintaining excellent airflow properties. Constructed with a heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board frame and a metal mesh support grid bonded to the pleats, these filters offer extra durability. The permanently electrostatically charged material acts like a magnet to capture dust effectively. MERV 7 Plus Carbon filters are comparable to filters rated MPR 600. We recommend changing your air filter every 30–90 days to maintain maximum efficiency and economy.
