HOW TO USE:

  • Preparation: Disconnect the battery and remove the existing dual 4-barrel carburetors and intake manifold.
  • Installation: Install the new dual throttle bodies onto the intake manifold.
  • Fuel System: Install the in-tank fuel pump module within the fuel tank. Connect the fuel lines to the throttle bodies and fuel pump.
  • Wiring: Connect the wiring harness to the throttle bodies, sensors (MAP, IAT, TPS, Oxygen), and ECU. Connect the CDI ignition box to the distributor and power source.
  • Sensor Installation: Install the oxygen sensor in the exhaust system and the coolant sensor.
  • ECU Setup: Connect the handheld display to the ECU. Follow the on-screen instructions to input engine parameters and initiate the self-tuning process.
  • Testing: Start the engine and monitor the system using the handheld display. Make adjustments as needed to fine-tune the engine’s performance.
