HOW TO USE:

1. Mount the Gauge: Locate a suitable 2.67″ (68mm) diameter hole in your desired mounting location. Insert the gauge and secure it using the included mounting ring.
2. Install the Pressure Sensor: Identify the appropriate port on your engine for the oil pressure sensor. Install the included 100 psi pressure sensor securely.
3. Connect the Pressure Sensor Wiring: Connect the 3-wire pressure gauge wiring harness between the newly installed pressure sensor and the designated terminals on the back of the gauge.
4. Connect the Power and Lighting Harness: Connect the 3 ft power & lighting harness to a suitable power source in your vehicle (typically a fused 12V ignition source and ground) and to the corresponding terminals on the back of the gauge. This harness also powers the LED backlighting.
5. Verify Connections: Double-check all wiring connections to ensure they are secure and correct.
6. Test the Gauge: Start your vehicle and observe the gauge readings to ensure they are functioning correctly. Check if the warning light illuminates under abnormal conditions (refer to your vehicle’s service manual for typical operating ranges).
