Description
Whiteside’s Medium Raised Panel profiles are manufactured with two cutting wings and a 2-1/2″ diameter. These bits can be used with full size Stile and Rail bits for cabinet or furniture making.
Specifications
- Carbide-tipped, two-wing cutters
- Cove pattern creates 1/4″ tongue when used with 3/4″ stock
- Traditinoal and Ogee patterns create 1/8″ tongue when used with 3/4″ stock
- For use in router tables
- Recommended speed – 10,000 – 12,000 RPM

Whiteside Machine Company was founded in 1970 in Bill Whiteside’s basement where he supplied tooling to NC’s huge furniture making industry. Whiteside is still family-owned but has now grown to occupy a 40,000 square foot factory in Claremont, NC.
