HOW TO USE:

1. Preparation: Disconnect your vehicle’s battery. Choose a suitable location on your dashboard or instrument panel for mounting the gauge, ensuring there is enough clearance behind it for the gauge and wiring.
2. Mounting the Gauge: Insert the gauge into the 3.95″ (100mm) mounting hole from the front. Secure it from the back using the provided gauge mounting ring. Tighten the ring until the gauge is firmly in place.
3. Wiring Connections:
   • Connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to a suitable 12V accessory power source (switched power that is on when the ignition is on), a ground connection, and the vehicle’s dash lighting circuit (if you want the gauge to dim or illuminate with your other instruments).
   • Connect the Pressure Gauge Wiring Harness (3-Wire Cable) to the provided Pressure Sensor (100 psi). The other end of this harness will connect to the corresponding terminals on the back of the gauge.
   • Connect the Temperature Gauge Wiring Harness (2-Wire Cable) to the provided Speedhut Temperature Sensor. The other end of this harness will connect to the corresponding terminals on the back of the gauge.
4. Sensor Installation: Install the Pressure Sensor into an appropriate port on your engine’s oil system where oil pressure can be accurately measured. Install the Speedhut Temperature Sensor in a location that allows for accurate measurement of the engine oil temperature (e.g., oil pan, oil filter housing). Ensure both sensors are properly grounded if required by their instructions.
5. Final Connections: Double-check all wiring connections to ensure they are secure and correct according to the gauge’s wiring diagram (which should be provided with the product).
6. Reconnect Battery: Once all wiring and sensor installations are complete, reconnect your vehicle’s battery.
7. Testing: Turn on your vehicle’s ignition to power the gauge. Verify that the gauge illuminates and the needles move appropriately. Check the warning light functionality according to the gauge’s instructions.
