This tool neatly solves a problem that plagues most swivel-tip tools: torque resulting from off-center cutting.You still get all the benefits of goose-neck design and adjustable cutting and scraping tips, but the tool’s completely flat 3/4″ wide underside sits stably on your toolrest and does almost all the work of countering the tool’s urge to rotate when the going gets tough.The Hollowmaster comes with a 1/4″ cutter with half-round end, and a round scraping cutter.Gooseneck blade is 9″ long; overall length is 21″.
