Narex Richter Bevel Edge Chisel 3mm 1/8″

Once the steel is hardened, it is cooled to very low temperatures, as low as −190 °C, with liquid nitrogen. This process changes softer austenite into harder martensite, which makes the chisel tougher and harder.

We named these chisels after our founder, Mr. Vaclav Richter, to reflect our highest level of craftsmanship. By using select materials, careful heat treatment, and skilled machining, we create tools that help woodworkers do their best work. Each chisel has our RICHTER EXTRA trademark, which stands for top quality.
