HOW TO USE:

• Mount the Gauge: Select a suitable location and create a 2.68″ (68mm) diameter hole. Insert the gauge into the hole and secure it using the spin-lock ring from the back.
• Connect the Pressure Sensor: Install the included 300 PSI pressure sensor into the system you wish to monitor using its 1/8″ NPT thread.
• Wire the Sensor: Connect the three wires from the pressure sensor to the corresponding wires on the provided pressure gauge wiring harness.
• Connect Power and Lighting: Use the 3 ft power and lighting harness. Connect the power wire (typically red) to a 12V power source that is switched with the ignition. Connect the ground wire (typically black) to a suitable ground. Connect the lighting wire (often orange or a similar color) to your vehicle’s lighting circuit if you want the gauge to illuminate with your other lights.
• Connect Gauge to Harnesses: Plug the pressure sensor wiring harness and the power/lighting harness into the back of the gauge.
• Test the Gauge: With all connections made, turn on your vehicle’s ignition. The gauge should power up and the pointer should move to reflect the current pressure. Verify the lighting function by turning on your vehicle’s lights.
