Formidable looking & capable at cutting, the Biber Classic Double Bit Felling Axe by Mueller Forge nicely doubles your chopping pleasure. Cutting edges are 5-1/2″. The head weight is 3.3 lbs. The shoulder is extra wide on the 31-7/16″ long hickory handle to provide extra strength against breakage. Double bit axes are best used by those with well-honed axe swinging skills, (though it’s acceptable to display them on the cabin wall just for the cool factor alone).Includes leather blade sheath.
All Mueller axes are hand-forged in Austria.
