APKT-11T304-PM Shoulder Milling Insert ~ I.W. is 0.256″. ~ L is 0.482″. ~ S is 0.142″. ~ d is 0.110″. ~ r is 0.0157″. ~ This insert is grade XAB699 which is a CVD all round coated cemented carbide insert. ~ Optimized for steel milling, but also a good solution for nodular cast iron. ~ This grade provides good economy in medium to long series production. ~ Suitable for finishing operations under unstable cutting conditions with a light cutting force. ~ Works better for intermittent cutting by providing a wide cutting zone for steel materials. ~ 11 degree relief clearance.
