Description
BladeCote is Bostik’s updated replacement for the popular Dri-Cote. It is formulated for use on high-speed cutting tools such as shaper cutters, saw-blades and router bits. By locking a low-friction, high-temperature resistant coating into the surface of carbide or steel cutting tools, BladeCote significantly slows accumulation of baked-on resins and crud that increase friction, inhibit chip clearance, and generally make edges act dull. Used regularly, BladeCote reduces chemical corrosion of carbide tooling, and can noticeably extend edge life when cutting synthetic materials such as Corian or sheet meterials with abrasive adhesives.
