Dasqua 8500-4545 450 x 450 x 80 mm Grade A Granite Surface Plate provides an exceptionally flat and durable reference surface for precision measurement and inspection tasks. The top surface is precision ground to achieve a flatness accuracy of ±0.0001″, making it a Grade A (Grade 0) plate. Non-magnetic and non-conductive, the granite material is harder than steel, resists nicks and burrs, and ensures long-lasting performance. This surface plate is ideal for measuring flatness and squareness, laying out parts, calibrating instruments, setting up tools, checking parallelism and perpendicularity, and measuring heights with a height gage. A certificate of inspection is included, ensuring quality and accuracy.
