With some basic woodworking skills and the
Veritas Large Wooden Spokeshave Hardware Kit, you can build an excellently performing spokeshave. In the process of making the handle yourself, you can shape it to ensure a comfortable fit for your hands. With the depth adjustments in this kit you can adjust the blade depth without having to remove the blade or use any tools.

Kit includes:

• A2 steel blade
• Brass wear strip
• 2 Brass lock nuts and adjustment thumb wheels
• 1 Tap
• Instructions

The blade is 2-3/4″ × 1/8″ thick. The overall finished size should be 4″ × 11/16″

Note:You provide the wood of your choice for the handle and shape it to your preferences. The minimum blank size is 11″ × 1 1/2″ × 78″.
