HOW TO USE:

1. Prepare the Mounting Location: Choose a suitable location on your dashboard or instrument panel with a 2 1/16″ (52mm) diameter opening.
2. Install the Gauge: Insert the gauge into the mounting hole from the front. Secure it from the back using the included gauge mounting ring.
3. Mount the Pressure Sensor: Locate an appropriate port on your engine’s oil system for the pressure sensor. Ensure the port has a 1/8″ NPT thread (or use an adapter if necessary). Install the provided 3-wire pressure sensor securely.
4. Connect the Wiring:
   • Connect one end of the Pressure Gauge Wiring Harness (3-Wire Cable) to the terminals on the back of the oil pressure gauge.
   • Connect the other end of the Pressure Gauge Wiring Harness to the corresponding terminals on the 3-wire pressure sensor.
   • Connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to the power and ground terminals on the back of the gauge. Connect the power wire to a switched 12V source and the ground wire to a suitable ground point on the vehicle. The lighting wire can be connected to your vehicle’s lighting circuit if you desire the gauge to illuminate with your headlights.
5. Test the Gauge: Once all connections are secure, start your vehicle and observe the gauge reading to ensure it is functioning correctly.
