HOW TO USE:
- Prepare the Vehicle: Ensure the vehicle is on a stable, level surface. Engage the parking brake and block any wheels that will remain on the ground to prevent movement.
- Connect Air Supply: Connect an air compressor line to the jack’s air inlet. Ensure your air compressor can supply the required working air pressure of 90-150 PSI.
- Position the Jack: Roll the axle jack to the desired lifting point under the vehicle’s axle or frame. Utilize the extra-long handle and its 3-position lock (90-180 degrees) for optimal positioning.
- Select Extensions: If needed, insert one or more of the provided heat-treated extensions (3/4”, 2-3/4”, or 4”) into the saddle to achieve the necessary lifting height.
- Initiate Lift: Operate the control valve or lever to start the air/hydraulic lifting mechanism. The specially engineered high-speed air motor will rapidly advance the ram to the load.
- Lift to Desired Height: Continue lifting until the vehicle reaches the desired working height. Monitor the stability of the vehicle throughout the lifting process.
- Secure with Stands: Crucially, once the vehicle is lifted, immediately place appropriately rated jack stands under the vehicle at secure support points. The axle jack is a lifting device, not a long-term support device.
- Lower the Jack: Once the vehicle is safely supported by jack stands, activate the air-assisted lowering mechanism. The dual return springs will ensure a controlled and easy descent of the jack’s ram.
- Remove Jack: Once the ram is fully retracted, remove the axle jack from under the vehicle.
