HOW TO USE:
- Remove Existing Components: Detach the existing intake manifold, carburetor, and fuel system from the LS engine.
- Install Intake Manifold: Mount the FiTech Rebel LS intake manifold onto the engine, ensuring a proper seal.
- Mount Throttle Body and Sensors: Attach the 92 mm throttle body and install the included sensors (MAP, IAT, etc.).
- Install Fuel Rails and Injectors: Mount the fuel rails and insert the 36 LB injectors into the manifold.
- Connect Wiring Harness: Connect the primary LS harness and sub-harnesses to the ECU and sensors.
- Install Fuel System: Mount the 255 LPH fuel pump, install fuel lines, and connect the fuel pressure regulator.
- Connect Transmission Control: If applicable, connect the transmission control sub-harness.
- Install Oxygen Sensors: Mount the oxygen sensors and connect them to the harness.
- Connect Handheld Monitor: Connect the handheld monitor to the ECU for configuration and monitoring.
- Configure ECU: Use the handheld monitor to configure the ECU settings for your specific engine setup.
