HOW TO USE:

• Grip the Handle: Hold the knife firmly with one hand, ensuring your fingers are clear of the blade path.
• Deploy the Blade (Flipper Method): Place your index finger on the flipper tab located on the spine of the handle. Apply a swift, firm push downwards on the flipper. The SpeedSafe assisted opening will quickly snap the blade into the open and locked position.
• Deploy the Blade (Thumb Stud Method): Alternatively, place your thumb on one of the thumb studs located on either side of the blade near the pivot. Push outwards and slightly upwards with your thumb. The SpeedSafe assisted opening will engage, extending the blade fully.
• Verify Lock-up: Before using, visually confirm that the frame lock has fully engaged, securing the blade in the open position. The lock bar should be firmly against the tang of the blade.
• Perform Task: Use the knife for your intended cutting or piercing task.
• Close the Blade: To close the blade, push the frame lock bar (the piece of the handle that moves to lock the blade) outwards, away from the blade’s tang. Once the lock is disengaged, carefully fold the blade back into the handle until it is fully closed. Always keep your fingers clear of the blade’s path.
• Store Safely: Once closed, place the knife back into your pocket using the pocketclip or store it in a secure location.
