The drum lock secures the mixer into 1 of its 5 positions with its welded frame and heavy bushings that make for a long, dependable life. This reliable product has a well-balanced tilt handle and will produce 1 batch per minute to bring you efficiency in creating professional results. FDA / NSF / USDA approved non-stick polyethylene drum lining and a 300DD, 300DD with Tow Kit, or 300DD with No Power model.
