Nordic Pure 12x24x4M8-1 Pleated MERV 8 Air Filter 1 Pack – 12x24x4 are made of synthetic materials that attract and capture most airborne particulates in your home. All Nordic Pure pleated air filters are manufactured using a heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board frame. A metal mesh support grid is bonded to the pleats for extra support. MERV 8 furnace air filters are comparable to HVAC filters with a rating of MPR 800. Particles in indoor air are measured in microns; for scale, a human hair is about 70 microns wide. Each Nordic Pure 4” MERV 8 furnace air filter captures airborne particles as small as 3.0 to 10.0 microns. This high-performance HVAC replacement filter helps keep your air conditioning and heating systems running efficiently, saving money on utilities and costly maintenance.
