These uncompromising rests are made to handle everything from delicate finishing to the heaviest roughing out.The 1-1/2″ posts are welded to 1/2″ thick rounded & polished bar stock that simply cannot flex” vibrate” or fail to perform to your complete satisfaction.The 12″ center-mounted rest is perfect for working the outsides of bowls, while the 12 offset general-purpose rest works outside as well as inside deep vessels and within large platters & bowls.
The post on this rest is 1″ diameter x 4-1/2″ long.It is designed for the Oneway 1640, 2436, 2416, 2036 & 2016 lathes (inboard), but should work on any 16″-24″ swing lathes that take a 1″ post toolrest.
