Description
PBT is the abbreviation for “Polybutylene Terephthalate”. PBT is not used very often in automotive applications, but when it is used, it is often used in sensors housings, tail light housings, some trim pieces, side marker light housings, headlight bezels, distributor caps and other applications where you need excellent electrical insulating properties, chemical resistance, and heat resistance. Occasionally, you will see PBT used for door handles, bumpers, and carburetor components. This package contains 30 ft. (9.1 m) of welding rod. Each rod is 12 inches (30 cm) long and is 1/8th inch (3 mm) in diameter and there are 30 rods in each pack.
