HOW TO USE:

1. Mount the Gauge: Choose a suitable location in your vehicle and drill a 2.062-inch diameter hole. Secure the gauge using the provided mounting hardware.
2. Install the Pressure Sensor: Locate a suitable point on your intake manifold or a relevant boost/vacuum source to install the included 100 PSI pressure sensor. Ensure it is securely mounted.
3. Connect the Pressure Sensor Wiring: Use the provided Pressure Gauge Wiring Harness (3-Wire Cable) to connect the pressure sensor to the back of the gauge. Follow the wiring diagram provided with the product.
4. Connect the Power and Lighting Harness: Attach the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to the designated terminals on the back of the gauge. Connect the power wire to a switched 12V source and the ground wire to a suitable ground point. The lighting wire can be connected to your vehicle’s lighting circuit if desired, for illumination when headlights are on.
5. Verify Connections: Double-check all wiring connections to ensure they are secure and correct before powering on your vehicle.
6. Test the Gauge: Start your vehicle and observe the gauge readings. It should display the current vacuum level at idle and respond accordingly to changes in engine load, showing boost under acceleration.
