HOW TO USE:
- Identify a suitable mounting location: Choose a spot on your dashboard or instrument panel that provides good visibility and allows for the 2.10″ (54mm) mounting hole.
- Prepare the mounting hole: Drill the necessary 2.10″ (54mm) hole if one is not already present.
- Connect the harnesses:
- Connect the provided EV CAN Jumper Harness and EV CAN Harness to the Speedhut gauge.
- Connect the other end of the EV CAN Harness to your vehicle’s CAN-Bus system (ensure correct connections based on your vehicle’s wiring diagram).
- Connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to the gauge’s power and lighting connections, and then connect the other end to a suitable power source in your vehicle.
- Mount the gauge: Insert the gauge into the prepared mounting hole and secure it using the provided mounting hardware.
- Verify functionality: Once all connections are secure, turn on your vehicle to ensure the gauge powers up and displays the battery level correctly. The warning light should illuminate if the battery level is below 15% (if applicable upon initial power-up).
