HOW TO USE:

1. Mount the Gauge: Locate a suitable 4.20-inch diameter opening on your dashboard. Insert the Speedhut Quad Gauge into the opening and secure it using the included mounting ring from the back of the dashboard.
2. Connect the Power and Lighting: Attach the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to the designated terminals on the back of the gauge. Connect the power wire to a 12V power source (ignition-switched is recommended), the ground wire to a suitable ground point, and the lighting wire to your vehicle’s lighting circuit if you desire the gauge to illuminate with your headlights.
3. Install the Pressure Sensor: Locate an appropriate port on your engine for the included 100 psi pressure sensor. Thread the sensor into the port and connect the Pressure Gauge Wiring Harness (3-Wire Cable) to the sensor and the corresponding terminals on the back of the gauge.
4. Install the Temperature Sensor: Find a suitable location on your engine’s cooling system (e.g., thermostat housing, coolant passage) for the included Speedhut Temperature Sensor. Install the sensor and connect the Temperature Gauge Wiring Harness (2-Wire Cable) between the sensor and the gauge’s temperature terminals.
5. Connect the Voltage Wiring: Use the additional Wiring Harness (2-Wire Cable) to connect the voltage input terminals on the back of the gauge to a reliable 12V power source and ground in your vehicle’s electrical system.
6. Connect the Fuel Level Wiring: Connect the remaining wires from the additional Wiring Harness (2-Wire Cable) to your vehicle’s fuel level sender unit. Ensure your fuel level sender has a resistance of 300 ohms or less for compatibility. Note: The fuel level sensor itself is not included and will need to be sourced separately. Calibration of the fuel level gauge may be required based on your specific sender.
7. Test the Gauge: Once all connections are made, turn on your vehicle’s ignition to test the gauge functions. Verify that each of the four readings (water temperature, voltage, oil pressure, and fuel level) are displaying correctly. Check that the warning light illuminates appropriately when a threshold is met (refer to the gauge’s specific documentation for warning light behavior).
