Zoeller 292-0001 115-Volt 1/2 Horse Power Model M292 High Head Waste-Mate Automatic Cast Iron Single Phase Submersible Sewage/Effluent Pump
Zoeller’s Model M292 High Head Waste-Mate Cast Iron Submersible Sewage/Effluent Pump features a float operated, submersible (NEMA 6) 2-pole mechanical switch. The pump’s switch case, pump housing, motor housing, and base are made of ASTM Class 25-30 cast iron with 25000# tensile strength. The Model M292 also features an oil filled, hermetically sealed motor with automatic reset thermal overload protection. The Waste-Mate has a corrosion resistant powder coated epoxy finish. The pump also features a bronze, non-clogging vortex impeller, a neoprene square ring and gasket, and a stainless steel carbon and ceramic rotary shaft seal. The Waste-Mate’s screws, bolts, handle, guard, float rod, arm and seal assembly are all made of stainless steel. There are no sheet metal parts that will rust or corrode. The pump has a 2-Inch NPT female flanged vertical discharge. The maximum temperature for sewage or dewatering is 130 Degree Fahrenheit. The major width of Zoeller’s Model M292 is 12-7/8-Inch. The major height is 18-9/16-Inch. The M292 is 100-percent computerized tested.
